-REP. Have witnessed first hand the many times of sherbert playing into negative conversation an banter on the server. clearly has a alcohol problem that has caused countless issues in the past. i do not believe he would make a good admin.

-rep can be too emotional at times. I can not say i don’t believe he could remain impartial to do fair treatment all the time. I like sherbert but will not back for administration.

I think Sherbet is a fantastic and humble individual. And if he does get considered as an Admin for the Insanity gaming community, I do believe that he should be placed on a trial admin basis.

So far, the entirety of my interactions with Sherbet have been while he is intoxicated. While intoxicated, he can get pretty emotional and opinionated. It does make for good banter among players, but it doesn't look good for someone who wants to be an advocate for Insanity Gaming. Sherbert has a good heart and follows the rules, for sure, but he has his flaws, as we all do.

I wish him the best of luck with whatever the outcome of this application is.
 
+rep, i understand some minus reps, but there are measures in place to prevent abuse, if there is abuse, then admin rank will be taken away - i believe he is mature enough to be admin - even if by chance he is drunk, i doubt he will do anything to abuse his power.

whilst we heavily discussed this, we feel its best that we decline at this current state.
we dont think you'd be a bad admin but we feel you're not emotionally fit for the position at this current time.
feel free to re-apply in the future when you've shown you can handle your emotions a little better :)
