Hard surf server need some attention

Yesterday the Hard Surf server had some kind of reset and at first it was saying cannot connect due to server being out of date. I tried rejoining today and now I am able to connect but settings are all set to default. Theres "rounds" and none of the commands work.

Valves latest update to CS2 broke plugins, we cannot do anything about this until they are fixed by their original devs.
