Why were you banned?
It said cause of duplicated account but I think it was cause when I first logged in to the server my game instantly crashed and I assume when I rejoined the server one of the moderators thought I was using the another account

Why should we unban you?
Cause I honestly did nothing wrong.. my pc just wanted to give up on loading the server and when I try to rejoin it got banned..

You got banned due to sharing an ip address with this ban, I'll give you the benefit of the doubt that it wasn't you and go ahead and give you an unban. If it happens again I'll have to take a closer look into this.

Ohh I use a cloud PC service called Shadow PC! I think someone prolly got banned while using one of their PCs
