I got banned for a day because DuhMize was baiting me into arguing with him.

What qualifies you to be an admin at Insanity Gaming?
I live in Finland and I am in a whole different timezone so usually when I'm online the server is a complete mess because most of the admins are sleeping at that time. I could assist in keeping the server clean and make sure that rules are followed even when you guys are asleep. I also have previous admin experience from 2 finnish servers and also a swedish server.

Being 27 years old id expect someone to not fall to rage bait and get a ban. I appreciate your honesty about the ban but having staff that is willingly going to walk right into rage bait knowing its rage bait wouldn't be good. We get trolls everyday and people that say out of pocket stuff we don't argue with them we enforce the rules. Instead of arguing with the person got into it with you could have created a ticket and had a staff member deal with the situation.

Okay i understand. But I would like to clarify what i wrote since u misunderstood me. He said that he got raped as a kid and people were calling cap , and then he said " i can prove it" and some dude said "how? by sending pictures?" and i replied JOKINGLY , "yeah lol, No pic no proof" and that's what i got muted/banned for. I can tolerate alot of stuff and usually don't get baited at all.

+support Through the conversation i had with them in a call they seem like they are trying to make surf better and genuinely care for the community.
In regards to their ban, work could be done on not allowing what others say get to them. BUT I don't think it should be a make or break on whether they get admin.

While I've had good conversations and interactions with Juicy before on the server. I've also witnessed some not so great conversations and arguments they've engaged in on the server that I don't feel like would be good for an admin to be a part of.

To clarify, it's okay for admins to join in on banter and arguments as long as things are civil. But some subjects, I feel like should be shut down by steering the conversation in a different direction, or just straight up telling the lobby to stop talking about the topic, rather than joining in on it. While that doesn't always have the outcome you want, its something I would expect from with someone who's an admin.

With the given age the and ban reasons i strongly feel at this current time admin would not be a suitable role for you. I do not trust that you would not abuse your power given the behaviour i've seen.
