I made you admin on our Discord, if you scroll down (in the staff section) there's a staff channel for surf aswell as a call admin channel that posts the reports. Anything public facing for surf you can use the surf section on the forums or the surf section in discord.

I appreciate you reporting the outright racist dude and going out of your way to help out, we do try and more hands is going to make a world of difference for the issues you mention. We've picked up some staff recently though I think on a server like Surf you can never necessarily be short on it...
